10. CLA (conjugated linoleic acid)

Conjugated linoleic acid may aid in the reduction of body fat deposits, reduce appetite, boost metabolism, and improve immunological function. Studies have shown that CLA has caused a weight loss of approximately 0.2 pounds per week for up to six months.
