    The oil of coconut contains functional components such as LAs (lauric acids) and CAs (capric acids). Although coconut oil is one of the greatest natural source of MCTs, there is no evidence that it suppresses hunger more than other oils. According to one study, coconut oil is less satisfying than MCT oil [14].
